Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current billing period.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.

District 44 Media does not store or process full payment card details directly.

By completing a transaction, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable fees.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, payments for digital services are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been activated.

All website content, software, branding, and materials provided by District 44 Media remain the exclusive property of the company.

• We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding billing period

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the services in case of:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity

• Abuse of the platform

Users may terminate their account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.
